Share Your Booking Link Everywhere
Your QuickSeater link takes guests straight to a live booking page for your restaurant — no app, no phone call. Add it anywhere people already look for you, and every one of those visits can turn into a reservation.
Example booking link
https://quickseater.com/book/your-restaurantThis is a placeholder. Use the exact link QuickSeater gave you for your restaurant — it'll look like this one, but end with your own restaurant's slug instead of "your-restaurant".
Where to add it
A few minutes on each platform is all it takes.
Google Business Profile
The first place most guests look before booking.
- 1Sign in to your Business Profile at business.google.com (or search your restaurant name on Google and manage it from there).
- 2Select "Edit profile" and choose the "Booking" (or "Reservations") tab.
- 3Select "Add link", paste your link, and save. It can take 24–48 hours to appear on your profile.
- 4For extra visibility, create a Google Post with a "Book" button pointing to the same link.
Facebook Page
Turn page visitors into confirmed tables.
- 1On your Page, click "+ Add a Button" near your cover photo and choose "Book Now" (or "Contact You").
- 2If Facebook lets you enter a custom URL, paste your link and save. Some Pages only offer booking-partner integrations here instead of a free-text link — if that happens, skip this button and use the next step.
- 3Guaranteed option: add the link to the "Website" field under Page Info, and pin a post containing the link to the top of your Page.
Bio link and Stories are your best real estate.
- 1Go to "Edit Profile" → "Links" → "Add external link", paste your link, and give it a short title like "Book a table".
- 2Mention "link in bio to book a table" in your captions and highlights.
- 3On Stories, tap the sticker icon and add a Link sticker with the same URL — great for daily promos and last-minute tables.
Yelp
Reach diners who are already deciding where to eat.
- 1Log in to Yelp for Business and open "Business Information" (left-side menu on desktop, "Biz Info" in the app).
- 2Add the link in the "Website" field — Yelp’s in-page reservation widget is reserved for Yelp’s own reservation partners, so Website is the reliable option for your link.
- 3Mention the booking link in your business description or a photo caption.
WhatsApp Business
Meet guests where they’re already messaging you.
- 1Open WhatsApp Business and tap Settings (iPhone) or More options ⋮ (Android) → Business Tools → Business Profile.
- 2Tap the "Website" field, paste your link, and save.
- 3Set up a Greeting Message so it’s sent automatically — with the link — the first time someone messages you.
QR Codes, Email & Print
One link works everywhere — even offline.
- 1Generate a free QR code for your link and print it on tables, menus, receipts or the front window.
- 2Add the link to your email signature, SMS confirmations and any printed flyers.
Always test it: after adding your link anywhere, open it from your own phone to confirm it lands directly on your booking page.
