Restaurant Owner Guide

Share Your Booking Link Everywhere

Your QuickSeater link takes guests straight to a live booking page for your restaurant — no app, no phone call. Add it anywhere people already look for you, and every one of those visits can turn into a reservation.

This is a placeholder. Use the exact link QuickSeater gave you for your restaurant — it'll look like this one, but end with your own restaurant's slug instead of "your-restaurant".

Where to add it

A few minutes on each platform is all it takes.

Google Business Profile

The first place most guests look before booking.

  1. 1Sign in to your Business Profile at business.google.com (or search your restaurant name on Google and manage it from there).
  2. 2Select "Edit profile" and choose the "Booking" (or "Reservations") tab.
  3. 3Select "Add link", paste your link, and save. It can take 24–48 hours to appear on your profile.
  4. 4For extra visibility, create a Google Post with a "Book" button pointing to the same link.

Facebook Page

Turn page visitors into confirmed tables.

  1. 1On your Page, click "+ Add a Button" near your cover photo and choose "Book Now" (or "Contact You").
  2. 2If Facebook lets you enter a custom URL, paste your link and save. Some Pages only offer booking-partner integrations here instead of a free-text link — if that happens, skip this button and use the next step.
  3. 3Guaranteed option: add the link to the "Website" field under Page Info, and pin a post containing the link to the top of your Page.

Instagram

Bio link and Stories are your best real estate.

  1. 1Go to "Edit Profile" → "Links" → "Add external link", paste your link, and give it a short title like "Book a table".
  2. 2Mention "link in bio to book a table" in your captions and highlights.
  3. 3On Stories, tap the sticker icon and add a Link sticker with the same URL — great for daily promos and last-minute tables.

Yelp

Reach diners who are already deciding where to eat.

  1. 1Log in to Yelp for Business and open "Business Information" (left-side menu on desktop, "Biz Info" in the app).
  2. 2Add the link in the "Website" field — Yelp’s in-page reservation widget is reserved for Yelp’s own reservation partners, so Website is the reliable option for your link.
  3. 3Mention the booking link in your business description or a photo caption.

WhatsApp Business

Meet guests where they’re already messaging you.

  1. 1Open WhatsApp Business and tap Settings (iPhone) or More options ⋮ (Android) → Business Tools → Business Profile.
  2. 2Tap the "Website" field, paste your link, and save.
  3. 3Set up a Greeting Message so it’s sent automatically — with the link — the first time someone messages you.

QR Codes, Email & Print

One link works everywhere — even offline.

  1. 1Generate a free QR code for your link and print it on tables, menus, receipts or the front window.
  2. 2Add the link to your email signature, SMS confirmations and any printed flyers.
💡

Always test it: after adding your link anywhere, open it from your own phone to confirm it lands directly on your booking page.
